About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our Business Communication Services (BCS) Production Support Team at RRD in Logan, UT. This hybrid position supports our diverse markets by providing day-to-day monitoring and support for applications, email alerts, incident tickets, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide technical support for server-based applications and troubleshoot issues
- →Research and resolve routine to moderately complex programming issues
- →Serve as a technical resource to customers and collaborate with engineers and programmers
- →Support print facility requests and coordinate activities with App Dev and IT groups
- →Handle routine tasks such as maintenance and processing
- →Work on ServiceNow incident tickets and resolve them within contractual service level agreements
- →Perform change review and deployments based on client requirements
- →Create and assist in preparing detailed internal program documentation
- →Identify defects and work with developers on resolutions
- →Convey problems, solutions, updates, and project status to peers, customers, and management
- →Participate in IT team meetings
Requirements
- ✓Understanding of business applications from both technical and functional perspectives
- ✓Ability to research and resolve routine to moderately complex programming issues
- ✓Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- ✓Experience with ServiceNow and incident management processes
- ✓Knowledge of change management and deployment procedures
- ✓Ability to document technical processes and procedures
