About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven individual to join our NPI Operations team and help operationalise products in our quote-to-cash processes. This role focuses on translating strategy into operational reality by aligning with cross-functional partners and delivering efficient, scalable solutions from New Product Introduction (NPI) through End of Life (EOL).
Key Responsibilities
- →Support GTM initiatives and new product launches, driving product growth and improving sales productivity.
- →Manage the NPI Operations ticket queue and dashboards, ensuring SLAs are met and escalations are prevented.
- →Compile reports and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
- →Deliver NPI releases and bug fixes based on priority.
- →Lead CPQ and NPI enhancements end-to-end, from requirements analysis to launch.
- →Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
- →Maintain product master and ensure SKU configuration integrity.
- →Analyze and optimize CPQ and NPI processes for efficiency.
- →Work across the full quote-to-cash lifecycle to drive cross-functional alignment.
- →Create and deliver training and documentation for new implementations.
Requirements
- ✓4+ years in a Business Analyst or operations role, preferably in SaaS
- ✓1–3 years of hands-on experience in CPQ or quote-to-cash systems
- ✓Track record contributing to go-to-market initiatives in high-growth organizations
- ✓Self-starter and results-driven with a high level of productivity
- ✓Strategic thinker with strong technical and business acumen
- ✓Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- ✓Adept collaboration skills and technical fluency in systems and data concepts
- ✓Strong analytical skills to assess impacts and recommend solutions
- ✓Hands-on experience with operational tools like Salesforce and Jira
- ✓High-energy and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
