About the Role
Rubrik is seeking upcoming graduates to join our Customer Support Engineer Internship Program. This internship provides hands-on experience in technical support operations within a leading Customer Support Center.
Key Responsibilities
- →Learn Rubrik’s products and technologies through training and hands-on experiences
- →Assist in deploying and troubleshooting common customer issues in a lab environment
- →Collaborate with experienced Customer Support Engineers during simulations to develop communication and problem-solving skills
- →Operate within Rubrik’s CRM platform according to organizational standards
- →Gain familiarity with case management processes, troubleshooting workflows, and documentation
- →Complete training via Rubrik University and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- ✓Pursuing an AAS or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Networking/Infrastructure, CIS, Business Administration, or related fields
- ✓Expected graduation in December 2026 or Spring 2027
- ✓Ability to commit full-time to a 12-week internship program in Morrisville, North Carolina
- ✓U.S. citizenship and residency on U.S. soil required
