About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our growing IT team at Rubrik. This role focuses on maintaining stability and performance of critical infrastructure in a 100% SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as an escalation point for the global Service Desk Team providing advanced technical support
→Coordinate repair and recovery efforts for system failures across various Enterprise Tools
→Collaborate with senior system administrators on business critical projects
→Assist with driving the implementation of AI tools across the organization
→Coordinate with InfoSec team to remediate security gaps
→Serve as primary point of contact for Rubrik’s FedRAMP systems
→Maintain accurate inventory of all endpoints
→Provide premium technical assistance to Rubrik’s senior leadership
→Identify and implement continuous process improvements
→Create and publish knowledge base articles

Requirements

✓Minimum of 5 years of work experience in IT support or systems administration
✓In-depth knowledge of Windows/Android and Apple ecosystem products
✓Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, Okta, Zoom, Slack
✓Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards
✓Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA
✓Excellent troubleshooting skills
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Excellent customer service skills
✓Experience with automation using no-code or low-code platforms
