About the Role

We are looking for a Major Account Executive to join Rubrik's sales organization. This role focuses on growing new and existing business across specific verticals within Germany and within the top tier/largest Enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

→Define and execute sales plans within the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota
→Develop and manage a sales pipeline for strategic transactions
→Identify and close new opportunities for growth with mid-enterprise accounts
→Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs
→Provide market feedback and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

✓Minimum 10+ years of Tech sales experience (IT Infrastructure, SaaS, Security, Storage & backup solutions)
✓Consistent track record of landing new logos and expanding large Tier 1 Enterprise accounts
✓Experience with pipeline generation and collaborative sales approaches
✓Experience working with technology partners, re-sellers, and service integrators
✓Highly driven, goal-oriented, and deadline-focused
✓High-level understanding of customer infrastructures and complex solutions
✓MEDDPICC Sales methodology training is advantageous
✓Naturally driven, collaborative, coachable, and integrity-focused
