About the Role
We are looking for a visionary leader and intrapreneur to bring the next frontier of cloud data protection to market. This role requires partnering with the Business Line Leader for Cloud Data Protection to identify new market pain points, emerging technologies, and untapped personas to maintain Rubrik's market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Evaluate new opportunities for the cloud product line to deliver gross differentiation
- →Maintain a strong pulse on competitors and competitive positioning
- →Partner with Cloud Product Managers to assess prioritization of new opportunities
- →Drive vision for how Rubrik will deepen differentiation in clean, fast recovery for Cloud workloads
- →Evangelize the cloud product line internally and externally
- →Build strong relationships with customers and sales teams to gather insights
- →Act as a trusted partner to global stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓5-15 years of recent Product Management experience with a focus on enterprise software
- ✓Demonstrated experience bringing new products to market (0→1)
- ✓Proven experience working within enterprise product teams and building technical relationships with Global 2000 customers
- ✓Strategic intuition and ability to identify signals of market shifts
- ✓Deep understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- ✓Experience with cloud security
- ✓Bias for action and collaborative leadership skills
