About the Role
Rubrik is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to lead a team of Cloud Specialist Sales Engineers and provide technical direction to the regional sales team. This role is responsible for regional revenue goals, recruiting top talent, and driving innovative technical programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team of Sales Engineers across the Americas region
- →Recruit, hire, and enable top Sales Engineers as the company expands coverage
- →Provide technical leadership and direction to the Sales Teams in the region
- →Assist in the analysis, design, and development of fully integrated technology solutions
- →Demonstrate technical leadership and subject matter expertise on Rubrik’s products
- →Make technical and sales presentations to customer technical staff and senior management
- →Serve as a trusted technology advisor to customers
- →Build relationships with the account team, partners, and customers
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of sales engineering management experience, preferably in Cloud Infrastructure environments
- ✓Experience working with AWS, Azure, and GCP
- ✓Fundamental technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics
- ✓High level of business acumen and experience working with Cx0 level personnel
- ✓Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
