About the Role
We are looking for a highly-skilled Staff Product Designer to join Rubrik's design team in Bangalore. This role focuses on pioneering the next generation of user experiences for enterprise data security solutions, helping Rubrik become a benchmark for enterprise design.

Requirements
- ✓8+ years of relevant hands-on design experience
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Design (Product, Industrial, etc.)
- ✓Master's degree in CS or HCI preferred
- ✓Outstanding portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design
- ✓Team Player with cross-functional collaboration skills
- ✓Solid presentation skills
- ✓Passion for consistent and high-quality design solutions
- ✓Proactive problem-solving approach
- ✓Strong listening and communication skills
- ✓Experience solving complex design problems
