About the Role
Rubrik is seeking an innovative Staff Product Manager to join the Cloud Data Protection team. This role involves guiding the strategy and execution of data protection for public cloud workloads, ensuring the delivery of the industry’s best data management solution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and execution of data backup and recovery for public cloud services/applications
- →Collaborate with engineering, support, design, and marketing teams to plan, build, and launch high-quality product experiences
- →Write PRDs, manage project execution, and help create product roll-out strategy
- →Process and interpret customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights
- →Develop and communicate the product roadmap to key stakeholders
- →Perform market/competitive analysis and prioritize product features
- →Represent the product in pre and post-sales situations
- →Identify and establish key technology and sales partnerships
Requirements
- ✓BS in Computer Science or Engineering
- ✓MBA or Masters in Engineering preferred
- ✓8+ years of extensive product, planning, communication, and organizational skills
- ✓Prior experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services
- ✓Data Backup & Recovery solutions experience
- ✓Business acumen and ability to build business cases and communicate effectively
- ✓Thorough knowledge of public cloud ecosystem and software development methods
- ✓Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and measuring goals
- ✓Aptitude to develop and maintain working relationships in fast-paced environments
