About the Role
Ruby Labs is hiring a Junior Data Analyst to join their fast-paced team. This role involves creating and improving reports, ensuring data accuracy, and leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Product Owners and Data Teams
- →Control and monitor Marketing and Product metrics in Mixpanel and Tableau
- →Create new reports and collaborate with product owners and developers to maintain high-quality event tracking
- →Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business insights
- →Use SQL to get and analyze data for reports and team requests
- →Collaborate closely with the data team to ensure consistency in reporting and data quality
Requirements
- ✓Degree in an analytical field such as Math, Data Science, or Economics
- ✓At least 1 year of work experience as a Data Analyst
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent verbal communication
- ✓Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- ✓Experience in Product Analytics
- ✓Experience with Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude or similar
- ✓Basic SQL
- ✓Experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
