About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Engineer to join Ruby Labs, a leading tech company creating innovative consumer products. This role focuses on ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards before release, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform thorough manual QA testing across web and mobile environments
- →Validate product behavior against specifications and expected user flows
- →Identify, document, and communicate bugs and inconsistencies clearly
- →Verify fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved before release
- →Conduct regression testing for new features and production hotfixes
- →Maintain structured bug reports and testing documentation
- →Ensure consistent quality across browsers, devices, and screen sizes
- →Participate in release readiness checks and quality sign-offs
Requirements
- ✓2–4 years of experience in manual QA for web or SaaS products
- ✓Strong attention to detail with understanding of UX/UI best practices
- ✓Experience testing complex user flows and edge cases
- ✓Basic understanding of browser developer tools, APIs, and mobile web testing
- ✓Familiarity with QA and tracking tools like Notion, JIRA, Trello
- ✓Clear written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong sense of ownership and accountability for quality
