About the Role

We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to build and lead a high-performing team responsible for launching and scaling Rula’s next generation of product verticals. You’ll lead a talented group of backend, full-stack, and frontend engineers to design, build, and scale new user experiences end-to-end—turning product strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and lead a high-performing engineering team

→Collaborate closely with Product and Design partners
→Set clear standards and foster accountability
→Mentor engineers to do their best work

Requirements

✓8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing engineers
✓Proven track record of delivering production software at scale in a fast-paced environment
✓Strong technical foundation in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
✓Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple initiatives
✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially working cross-functionally with Product and Design
