We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.Β
We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.
Rula is a remote-first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii.
About the Role
Rulaβs Business Operations team is a group of analytical, operational, and strategic thinkers and executors responsible for helping identify, diagnose and build solutions for the companyβs highest-priority problems. We support the strategic planning process and company operating system, lead cross-functional initiatives and projects, define and build company strategy, partner with executives to achieve company OKRs, and ensure leaders constantly have a pulse on the health of the business. We use data and qualitative insights to inform the projects we should tackle, and serve as the primary owners of complex, cross-functional initiatives to drive forward Rulaβs mission.
We are seeking a Sr. Business Operations Manager to join the Business Operations and Strategy Team. This person will primarily be owning strategic and operational projects across the org. Example historical projects include reducing provider cancellations of initial visits; driving strategy, audits, and fixes to increase referral volume from health plan portals; exploring, evaluating, and recommending new expansion channels and business units to launch (and piloting!); and many others. This person will also likely help run the company operating system and planning cycles in closer partnership with the Head of Business Operations.
This role is pivotal to both making sure the company runs successfully- ensuring leadership and initiative owners are working on the right objectives with clear alignment with effective forums for decision making, and delivering on projects aligned to Rula's highest priorities and initiatives.
You will bring a mix of skills including strong analytics, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and executive stakeholder and project management to execute the work necessary to take projects from concept to delivery. You will operate at all altitudes, from scoping projects and defining the strategy and longer term vision, to pulling your own data and executing on the smallest details.
