About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated enterprise sales professional to join Rula and shape how we engage with health systems and provider networks. This role focuses on opening doors at major health systems and physician groups to help them design effective referral partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Shape Rula's approach in the health system and provider network spaces
- →Open doors at major health systems and large physician groups
- →Help design referral partnerships that effectively meet patients' mental health needs
- →Build relationships with clinical leadership
- →Understand operational challenges and connect them with our behavioral health provider network
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with various roles within Rula
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of related professional experience in enterprise sales within healthcare or healthtech
- ✓Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment
- ✓Strong knowledge of health systems, their organizational structures, and purchasing processes
- ✓Excellent sales communication, presentation, technology, and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
