About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join Rula’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, focused on simplifying the financial side of mental health care. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end design for complex billing and financial workflows, shaping how patients understand bills, providers get paid, and internal billing teams operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end design for complex billing and financial workflows
- →Partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue Cycle Operations, and Compliance
- →Design intuitive, user-centered experiences that balance usability, accuracy, and auditability
- →Translate regulatory, payer, and financial constraints into effective solutions
- →Improve access to mental health care through thoughtful design
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a portfolio of shipped products
- ✓Proven experience designing complex, multi-step workflows
- ✓Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
- ✓Advanced proficiency in Figma
- ✓Clear and effective communication skills
