About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join Rundoo, a company building cutting-edge software for building materials suppliers. This role involves managing the full implementation process for clients, from initial setup to post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Project manage the full implementation process for clients, overseeing everything from initial kickoff calls to hardware setup and training
- →Build strong client relationships by understanding unique needs and providing personalized support
- →Partner with sales development and customer success teams to ensure smooth transitions and maximize client satisfaction
Requirements
- ✓Excellent communicator with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships
- ✓Experience in project management with exceptional attention to detail
- ✓Problem-solving skills to proactively address client challenges and troubleshoot issues
- ✓Ability to become an industry expert through client interactions and independent learning
- ✓Valid U.S. driver’s license
- ✓Comfortable with travel (1-2x per month, 1-3 days at a time)
