As Senior DevOps Engineer, you will maintain and evolve a high-performance Azure-based cloud infrastructure that enables our XR solutions to run reliably at scale for global life-science leaders.

You will architect resilient, production-grade deployment solutions and automation pipelines, supporting our product development and delivery flow, and enabling its smooth operation.

Through technical excellence and confident ownership, you will ensure that our cloud infrastructure is performant, resilient, secure, scalable and maintainable in the long-term.
Responsibilities
β’ Own and evolve reliable, scalable, secure, and high-performing company cloud infrastructure on Azure.
β’ Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code flow, using Terraform.
β’ Build and continuously optimize CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
β’ Deploy and monitor containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
β’ Manage, configure, and optimize Linux servers to ensure stable and resilient production workloads.
β’ Automate workflows using Bash, PowerShell, and Python, manage configuration with Ansible.
β’ Develop and support centralized monitoring, logging, and observability solutions (ELK, Loki, Prometheus, Grafana), contributing to transparency and rapid incident response.
β’ Proactively identify architectural risks and performance bottlenecks, ensuring sustainability and operational excellence.
Qualifications
β’ 5+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or comparable role with responsibility for production systems.
β’ Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive reliability, scalability, and performance improvements.
β’ Expertise in Microsoft Azure stack, including compute, networking, storage, security, and monitoring services.
β’ Solid hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, configuration management with Ansible, building efficient CI/CD pipelines, Bash/PowerShell/Python scripting and operating Docker/Kubernetes in production environments.
β’ Practical knowledge of load balancing, firewall configurations, monitoring and logging, web servers and serverless architectures is an advantage.
