About the Role
RWS Group is seeking a Canada-based Italian Data Annotator to annotate, evaluate, and curate text, video, and geographic data for training and improving generative AI and machine learning models. This full-time remote role involves close collaboration with project managers and client stakeholders through regular video meetings to ensure quality and alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines in Italian
- →Perform basic research as needed to ensure accurate annotation
- →Provide feedback on observed patterns in annotated data to improve the annotation process
- →Maintain high attention to detail and quality throughout the annotation process
- →Collaborate with RWS Project Managers and client stakeholders through regular video calls
- →Engage in continuous learning and adaptability, providing feedback and asking questions
Requirements
- ✓Native-level proficiency in Italian
- ✓Excellent comprehension and written communication skills in English
- ✓Ability to work full time from 9 AM to 5 PM PST
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- ✓Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas
- ✓Good general communication skills and detail-oriented
- ✓Ability to meet deadlines and be responsible, reliable, and communicative
- ✓Must pass a client exam and interview with the hiring team
- ✓A personal laptop/desktop to access RWS systems
