About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our small, high-impact team at DAKboard. You will be the second dedicated support pillar for the brand, working closely with our Support Lead and Managing Director. This role involves bridging the gap between users and the engineering team, helping families and schools stay organized through complex technical integrations.

Key Responsibilities

→Establish stable coverage during regional hours with a mandatory 4-hour overlap (8am-4pm) with the US-East based team
→Master troubleshooting our 93+ integrations and various display setups
→Refine and update knowledge base articles and internal documentation
→Independently diagnose and resolve moderate to complex customer requests
→Act as a bridge to the engineering team by communicating bugs and product friction points
→Produce clear feature documentation, FAQs, and useful how-to resources
→Identify documentation gaps and implement process improvements
→Share customer feedback and trends with the product team

Requirements

✓3–5 years of experience in Customer Support
✓A genuine passion for technology and exploring new apps, integrations, and hardware
✓Proficiency in explaining moderate technical concepts effectively
✓Proven analytical skills to diagnose common issues independently
✓A self-starter mindset comfortable working in a small, remote, and fast-paced team
