About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join zenloop for a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. In this role, you will be the sole marketing lead for the brand, responsible for lead generation and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and optimize current lead generation channels (SEO, SEM, Email)
- →Plan and execute industry conferences, including logistics and lead capture
- →Manage quarterly customer and lead-generation webinars
- →Audit and refine marketing workflows using AI and automation tools
- →Take ownership of incoming lead measures through content marketing and email nurturing
- →Lead end-to-end planning of conferences and webinars
- →Maintain the website with fresh content and supervise social media execution
- →Use AI agents and tools to automate repetitive marketing tasks
- →Coordinate between Sales and central teams
Requirements
- ✓B2B Marketing expertise in driving lead generation within a B2B SaaS environment
- ✓AI-First mindset with experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and automation tools
- ✓Ability to manage your own roadmap and prioritize high-impact tasks
- ✓Familiarity with CRM systems, outbound automation tools, and webinar platforms
- ✓Full professional English proficiency; German is a strong advantage
- ✓Availability for a 9-month contract starting in May 2026 and working within CET hours
