About the Role

Crosstalent is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you'll be responsible for both outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. This is a high-impact role that will contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct outbound prospecting across defined verticals and target accounts
→Qualify inbound leads and convert marketing interest into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
→Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
→Become an expert on Crosstalent’s offerings and use cases
→Work closely with the Sales Team and Marketing to improve targeting and conversion strategies
→Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
→Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generated

Requirements

✓3–4 years in a similar B2B SaaS sales role, ideally in an SDR or BDR position
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Strong understanding of the sales process with a goal-driven attitude
✓Strong discovery and qualification capabilities
✓Comfortable using CRMs, outreach tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and enrichment platforms
✓Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for prospect research and productivity enhancement
✓Knowledge of HR tech, B2B SaaS, Generative and Agentic AI, or data-driven business models
✓Collaborative and willing to learn from feedback
