We're looking for someone who: • Has successfully led engineering managers and scaled multiple teams through periods of significant growth. • Has a strong record of hiring and developing great, diverse talent at all levels. • Can set clear technical strategy and drive architectural decisions across a product group. • Has strong delivery management skills and can establish effective planning and execution rituals. • Is a clear communicator who can influence stakeholders and represent their group at the leadership level. • Has a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes across teams. • Is curious about and actively engaged in the AI transformation of software engineering.
