About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team at Salonkee, a fast-growing beauty-tech company. This role involves delivering exceptional support in clients' local languages to help salons maximize the value of our software tools.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide quick assistance mainly over the phone, with additional support via chat and email, aiming to resolve all inquiries within 24 hours.
- →Troubleshoot login, system, and hardware issues, guiding salons through setup and configurations.
- →Address billing, payments, and subscription updates, ensuring accurate and clear financial support.
- →Conduct regular check-ins, proactively manage partner needs, and address churn risks to strengthen loyalty.
- →Educate partners on platform features to maximize usage, sharing best practices and tips.
- →Document interactions in CRM, monitor inquiry trends, and contribute to FAQs, support materials, and product feedback.
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience in client support, with demonstrated ability to assist clients over the phone.
- ✓Customer-focused mindset, displaying patience and empathy while handling conversations.
- ✓Quick problem-solving skills to resolve issues on the spot or escalate them when necessary.
- ✓Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate documentation of client interactions.
- ✓Efficient time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple requests at once.
- ✓Technical proficiency in using phone systems, CRM platforms, or helpdesk software.
- ✓Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Dutch and English.
