About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing SaaS company in the beauty and wellness sector. This role involves demonstrating our software to potential clients and driving sales growth in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- βPlan your week flexibly and goal-oriented for maximum success
- βConduct engaging product demonstrations to show how our software simplifies and enhances clients' daily operations
- βWin customers through various sales approaches including cold calling, on-site visits, and walk-ins
- βDevelop strategies with the team to drive collective success
Requirements
- βSales passion and enthusiasm for customer interaction with at least 2 years of field sales and new customer acquisition experience
- βAbility to work autonomously and strategically, planning activities independently and setting clear goals
- βGood technical understanding and solid experience with CRM systems
- βMobility and flexibility with a driver's license and willingness for fieldwork
- βStrong communication skills with near-native German and good English for client and colleague interactions
