About the Role
We are looking for a Manager of Global Business Development to lead our business development team globally. This role focuses on guiding the opportunity pipeline and talent pipelines, ensuring robust sales pipeline and driving lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Recruit, train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- →Develop and implement strategies to identify and qualify leads through various channels
- →Design and optimize business development processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- →Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- →Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline growth
- →Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the business development team
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or a related role.
- ✓At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management position.
- ✓Strong leadership and team management skills.
- ✓Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- ✓Proficiency in CRM software and business automation tools.
- ✓Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
