About the Role
Samsara is seeking a Finance Transformations Project Manager to join their team. This role involves driving projects impacting ERP, Salesforce, and compensation systems, and working closely with external and internal teams to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive projects impacting ERP, Salesforce, and compensation systems
- →Employ standard project management practices and tools to independently drive projects
- →Spearhead the implementation of new software tools
- →Partner with the business technology team to reflect business needs in system design
- →Oversee and manage UAT, including the creation of scripts, conducting testing, and reviewing issues
- →Collaborate with Accounting, Business Operations, and US Finance functions
- →Establish close working relationships with the Finance and Accounting teams
- →Create reports in ERP and Salesforce
- →Champion Samsara’s cultural principles
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of professional work experience with 4+ years in project management or operations
- ✓Familiarity with finance processes and systems
- ✓Experience working on projects supporting Compensation teams and accounting/finance systems
- ✓Understanding of established project management practices and tools
- ✓Detail-oriented, high-energy, positive disposition, and excellent communication skills
- ✓Proven track record of sound judgment calls, taking ownership, and delivering results
- ✓Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
- ✓Fluent in written and verbal English (for Mexico posting)
