About the Role
We are looking for a Sourcer II to join Samsara, a NYSE-listed company that enables organizations to harness IoT data for actionable insights. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, identifying top talent, and engaging high-performance passive candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct in-depth research, including advanced data mining and competitive mapping
- →Act as a rigorous gatekeeper to identify top talent
- →Master the craft of tailored prospecting to engage passive candidates
- →Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to execute creative targeting strategies
- →Analyze recruitment data to optimize candidate engagement strategies
- →Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers
- →Develop expertise in functional and technical challenges
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of relevant experience, including in-house SaaS GTM sourcing
- ✓Experience conducting research and industry trend analysis across multiple European markets
- ✓Proficiency in advanced Boolean searches, competitive talent pool analysis, and specialized sourcing tools
