About the Role
Samsara is seeking a quality-focused Sales Recruiter to join their EMEA Talent Acquisition team. This role involves hiring Account Executives (AEs) and Account Development Representatives (ADRs) in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive high-volume pipelines by managing the full-cycle recruitment process for AE and ADR roles
- →Qualify candidates with a deep understanding of the sales mentality
- →Act as a brand ambassador, articulating Samsara’s vision to attract top-tier talent
- →Build creative outbound sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, referrals, and new technologies
- →Collaborate with Sales managers to align on hiring plans and provide data-driven insights
- →Champion Samsara’s culture in every candidate interaction
Requirements
- ✓5–8 years of sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
- ✓3+ years of experience hiring in-demand technology sales roles
- ✓Strong understanding of the sales profile and ability to identify hunters
- ✓Proven experience leading recruitment in at least 2 European countries
- ✓Scrappy approach to hiring with curiosity, persistence, and resilience
- ✓Excellent communication skills to articulate expectations and sell the Samsara opportunity
- ✓Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume priorities without compromising quality
