About the Role
We are seeking a Data Intelligence Leader to drive the data and intelligence vision for GTM. This role involves leading a team of analysts and serving as the primary analytics partner for GTM leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create and champion the data and intelligence vision for GTM
- →Serve as the primary analytics and intelligence partner for GTM leadership
- →Translate complex business questions into simple, scalable analytical frameworks
- →Lead, coach, and develop a small team of analysts
- →Build and maintain key data products (account scoring, revenue attribution, customer health, competitive battlecards, etc.)
- →Partner with the GTM Ops team to ensure CRM and other applications provide the data and intelligence needed
- →Own data quality and governance standards for GTM data, in coordination with the Data Value Services Team
- →Collaborate with the Data Value Services team on ETL processes and data infrastructure
- →Make strategic recommendations to the business — not just answer questions, but shape them
