About the Role
We are seeking a Product Qualification Manager to lead product qualification activities and work closely with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage product qualification and activities
- βWork with customers on defining qualification plans, sample requirements, design/feature requirements and communicate internally
- βUnderstand customer qualification processes and applications
- βLead qualification and technical meetings with customer
- βCoordinate and work with product and development teams on Concept and Design Reviews
- βLead the team in resolving technical issues and work with cross functional teams on resolution
- βRepresent and advocate customer needs and priorities to internal teams
- βProvide technical support and documentation
- βDebug and 1st level failure analysis
