About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst within the People Experience (HR) function to enable a future-forward people technology portfolio. You will leverage automation and AI to enhance core processes and employee experiences, employing product and design methodologies to identify, design, deliver, and continuously improve technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end HR technology initiatives across discovery, design, testing, and launch
- →Serve as a strategic partner across People Experience and partner teams, presenting insights and recommendations to leadership
- →Recommend scalable solutions aligned with Sandisk’s people strategy and technology roadmap
- →Conduct discovery and current-state analysis by mapping people processes and user journeys
- →Drive digital and AI transformation initiatives by modernizing manual HR processes
- →Design and prototype streamlined HR workflows and service experiences
- →Translate HR requirements into technical acceptance criteria and partner with IT and vendors
- →Own User Acceptance Testing, develop test plans, and coordinate HR end-users
- →Prepare and deliver go-live assets such as training materials and user guides
- →Monitor post-launch performance metrics and iterate solutions based on adoption data
Requirements
- ✓Experience in HR technology and process improvement
- ✓Strong understanding of automation and AI in HR processes
- ✓Proficiency in product and design methodologies
- ✓Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and other HR platforms
- ✓Experience with data governance policies and compliance
- ✓Ability to conduct discovery and current-state analysis
- ✓Skills in eliciting, validating, and prioritizing business requirements
- ✓Experience in driving digital and AI transformation initiatives
- ✓Ability to design and prototype HR workflows and service experiences
- ✓Experience in User Acceptance Testing and developing test plans
- ✓Skills in preparing and delivering go-live assets
- ✓Ability to monitor post-launch performance metrics and iterate solutions
