We are seeking a SIP Assembly Process Engineer to work with BGA/LGA products packaging. This role involves developing and optimizing new process recipes for future products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and optimize new process recipes for high capability

- →Collaborate with material and equipment teams for new technology
- →Work with global teams on new product design and introduction
- →Partner with Pathfinding team to achieve technology targets
