Key Responsibilities
- →Define Memory Reliability Specifications for 3D NAND based on customer requirements
- →Develop memory qualification plan, reliability characterization plan and check points
- →Implement reliability tests and deliver qualification and reliability reports
- →Study new technology product trim/FAB process/Test/Package changes
- →Perform failure analysis and work with cross-functional teams
- →Develop Data Analysis/Automation scripts for our data platforms
