About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team at Sanity.io. This role focuses on ensuring enterprise customers are successful and happy using our AI-powered Content Operating System.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead onboarding workshops customized to each customer’s needs
→Develop relationships with technical and product stakeholders
→Meet regularly with technical customers to demonstrate new features
→Work with account managers to develop expansion opportunities
→Support the new account sales cycle through technical workshops
→Create and share examples to help customers understand concepts
→Develop and maintain guides and learning modules
→Develop and maintain plugins for common integrations
→Represent clients’ requests to the internal product team
→Work with Support Engineering to address customer challenges
→Support marketing and product research teams

Requirements

✓3-5 years of experience in a software development role
✓Advanced experience with at least one framework: React, Vue, Angular, or Astro
✓Familiar with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations
✓Experience with implementing headless CMS, headless ecommerce, or as a Solution Engineer
✓Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
✓Proven experience developing solutions with customers
✓Problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset
✓Exceptional organizational and time management skills
✓Structured with a strong attention to details
