🚀 Hiring: Data Capture Implementation Specialist (Offshore – Remote, India) 🚀 📍 Location: India (Fully Remote) 🗓 Start Date: 01/05/2026 or 01/12/2026 ⏳ Duration: Long-term contract (3 months initial, extended quarterly) 🕘 Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST (occasional 3–4 hour overlap with Central Time) 🎯 Interview Process: 2 Rounds 🔹 Role Overview We are seeking a Data Capture Implementation Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Tealium, mParticle, and Adobe platforms to support web and mobile analytics implementations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate digital data collection, validation, and integration across analytics and marketing ecosystems. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Tagging & Implementation (Tealium & mParticle) Configure, deploy, and maintain tags using Tealium iQ (Web) and mParticle (Mobile) Validate events, rules, and data layers across dev, QA, and prod environments Perform mobile analytics validation using Firebase DebugView, Charles Proxy, Proxyman, and simulators (iOS & Android) Adobe Analytics & CJA Support Support Adobe Analytics (AA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Configure and validate eVars, props, and events Assist with Adobe Target tagging for A/B and multivariate testing Collaboration & Governance Partner with developers, analysts, and product owners for tracking implementations Maintain tagging documentation, test plans, and validation results Support GDPR, CCPA, and consent management compliance Continuous Improvement Stay current with Tealium, mParticle, and Adobe updates Participate in Agile ceremonies using Jira, Git, Confluence Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing ✅ Required / Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with Tealium iQ, mParticle, or similar TMS platforms Exposure to Adobe Analytics, AEP, CJA, Adobe Target Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, data layers Experience with Firebase Analytics, Charles Proxy / Proxyman Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Comfortable working in a fully remote, collaborative setup Good to Have Third-party pixel implementations (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Criteo) Server-side tagging / event forwarding POSTMAN for API validation Consent management and data privacy tools 📩 Interested candidates, please share your resume at: karthik@sapphiresoftwaresolutions.com
