Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing day-to-day and strategic problems
- →Build a thorough understanding of our products, technology, and strategy to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS
- ✓Domain experience in fraud prevention, AML/KYC compliance, or financial crime risk
- ✓Regulatory literacy across at least one primary market framework
- ✓Strong analytical skills, including SQL queries and ML model interpretation
- ✓Proficient in business intelligence tools for fraud and compliance reporting
- ✓Experience translating complex strategies into actionable processes
- ✓Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across various organizational levels
- ✓Exceptional project management abilities
