About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Saris AI, a company that builds AI-powered workflow agents for banks and credit unions. This role involves leading design across core product areas, transforming complex workflows and regulatory constraints into clear, usable, and trustworthy experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn end-to-end design for major product surfaces
- βDesign interfaces for enterprise software and complex workflows
- βTranslate banking and operations requirements into intuitive user experiences
- βCollaborate with product managers to define problems and scope solutions
- βWork closely with engineering to ensure high-quality execution
- βDesign for trust, transparency, and control in AI-driven systems
- βCreate and maintain design systems as the product scales
- βParticipate in user research and iterative refinement with customers
Requirements
- β6+ years of product design experience in enterprise or B2B software
- βProven experience designing complex systems
- βAbility to understand and synthesize user problems
- βStrong interaction design and information architecture skills
- βExperience working closely with engineering in fast-moving teams
- βAbility to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
- βComfortable designing for ambiguity and evolving requirements
- βStrong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving depth
