About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with a B2B focus to join our Growth Team at Satispay. You will play a key role in enhancing data-driven decision-making and optimising business processes by researching, analysing, and visualising data to drive impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive decision-making through data by analysing complex datasets to guide strategic and operational decisions across the B2B funnel (Acquisition, Retention, Monetisation).
→Unlock actionable insights by deep-diving into complex datasets to identify main trends and patterns of our funnel, focusing on our B2B customer base.
→Create visualisations to track key metrics and assist in the creation of visual representations (dashboards, maps) for effective communication of analytical insights to stakeholders.
→Build analytic solutions by modernising, standardising, and troubleshooting analytics tools to ensure accuracy and reliability of our data infrastructure.
→Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Finance to bridge the gap between technical data and business goals.

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
✓Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with ambiguity and take ownership of analytical topics end-to-end.
✓Advanced knowledge of SQL, including query optimisation techniques.
✓Extensive knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis, data manipulation, and automation of analytical tasks.
✓Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar visualisation tools.
