About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join the Core Team at Satispay, a company revolutionizing everyday payments. This role involves shaping the backbone of our payment platform, working on mission-critical systems that ensure reliability and security for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the long-term technical vision for critical domains and architect complex subsystems
- →Design and scale high-throughput engines for transaction ledger, payment orchestration, and bank integrations
- →Provide infrastructure for Identity and Access Management, building authentication and authorization layers
- →Develop services for credit risk management and fraud detection
- →Contribute to product development by defining requirements and collaborating with stakeholders
- →Mentor junior engineers and drive adoption of AI-powered tools
Requirements
- ✓At least 7 years of experience in back-end software engineering
- ✓Proven track record of architecting and maintaining microservices in high-paced environments
- ✓Deep experience with Java and understanding of cloud platforms
- ✓Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- ✓Passion for FinTech or startup environments and fluency in English
