About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) to join our team at SAVii, a company revolutionizing employee wellness in emerging markets. This role plays a pivotal part in driving the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and technical roles, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and a brand ambassador for SAVii.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the end-to-end hiring cycle, balancing speed and quality of hires
→Leverage advanced sourcing methods to build robust talent pipelines
→Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for skills and culture fit
→Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide market intelligence
→Champion an exceptional candidate journey and represent SAVii’s employer brand
→Conduct background checks and ensure compliance in hiring
→Monitor recruitment KPIs and recommend process improvements
→Support People initiatives and participate in employer branding efforts

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
✓2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
✓Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
✓Adept at sourcing strategies, market mapping, and candidate assessment
✓Data-driven mindset with ability to generate insights from recruitment metrics
✓Proactive, collaborative mindset aligned with SAVii’s culture
