About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager for the AI Platform to define, scale, and operationalize Artificial Intelligence capabilities across the organization. This role involves leading the strategy to transition from siloed AI solutions to a unified, compliant, and robust internal AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define, prioritize, and own the strategic roadmap for the internal AI platform, ensuring it provides robust, scalable, and easy-to-integrate services for all internal teams.
- →Identify opportunities to employ AI capabilities, focusing on enhancing client experience and improving operational efficiency.
- →Drive the implementation of strategic AI use cases across the company, ensuring efficient implementation by aligning timelines across all teams.
- →Act as the key product driver for AI compliance, regulatory adherence, and ethical usage.
- →Support the planning, launch, and post-launch monitoring of new client-facing AI features and capabilities.
- →Lead the product development process for the cross-functional AI Platform team, managing agile processes, backlogs, and planning sessions.
- →Leverage data analysis, user needs, market trends, and insights from AI system outputs to continuously inform and evolve the AI Platform vision and product strategy.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management, preferably with AI or platform products.
- ✓Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
- ✓Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Software Engineers.
- ✓Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ethical considerations in AI.
- ✓Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
