About the Role
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Analyst to join an early-stage startup building an AI-native data platform. This role will ensure successful customer implementations by onboarding new clients, building data models and dashboards, and helping customers extract meaningful value from the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Onboard new customers by connecting data sources and building initial data models
- →Stand up dashboards and reporting frameworks
- →Write and maintain clean SQL models within the platform’s data layer
- →Maintain standardized documentation for data models and reporting structures
- →Build dashboards and reports that customers actively use
- →Respond to customer questions via Slack and calls
- →Troubleshoot issues, investigate discrepancies, and resolve data-related concerns
- →Surface recurring issues, limitations, and opportunities to the product and engineering teams
Requirements
- ✓3–6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data roles, or technical customer-facing positions
- ✓Strong SQL proficiency, including the ability to write and debug queries independently
- ✓Experience working in early-stage or fast-evolving product environments
- ✓Ability to build data models and dashboards
- ✓Comfort working directly with customers in Slack and live calls
- ✓Strong organizational skills and persistence in gathering requirements
- ✓Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- ✓Interest in AI-native products and how AI transforms data interaction
- ✓Adaptability and resourcefulness in evolving product environments
