About the Role
The Lead Generation Specialist will support Business Development and Account Management teams by generating qualified sales meetings through research, CRM data management, and personalized outreach. This hands-on role focuses on accuracy, speed, and clear written communication, with an emphasis on maintaining high-quality HubSpot data.
Key Responsibilities
- βResearch the ideal customer profile (ICP) and identify target U.S. companies
- βIdentify key stakeholders including hiring managers, HR/talent leaders, and executives
- βMonitor high-intent signals such as active job postings and funding events
- βBuild segmented outreach lists tagged by industry, geography, and role type
- βCollect and verify contact data using approved tools
- βAdd and format contacts correctly in HubSpot, ensuring no duplicates
- βEnrich records using approved tools and workflows
- βMaintain clean CRM data through consistent tagging and field cleanup
- βResearch targets and write personalized email and LinkedIn outreach
- βCustomize approved templates and sequences for messages
- βSupport outbound campaigns for recruiting services
- βReview existing HubSpot leads to identify reactivation opportunities
- βSurface leads based on new hiring signals or prior engagement
- βMonitor inbound replies during assigned coverage hours
- βRoute replies to the appropriate internal stakeholder
- βPrepare pre-meeting summaries for scheduled sales calls
Requirements
- β1β3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, SDR work, or sales research
- βExperience researching U.S. companies and job titles
- βStrong written English with a clear, professional tone
- βExceptional attention to detail, particularly in CRM data accuracy
- βComfort working in HubSpot and LinkedIn on a daily basis
- βAbility to follow structured processes and naming conventions
- βStrong independent work habits and ability to meet daily targets
- βClear communication with internal stakeholders
