ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager will lead content execution, community engagement, and campaign coordination across multiple channels. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic alignment, working closely with leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content & Orchestration
- Maintain and optimize marketing calendars and project trackers using Monday.com [Upgrade to PRO to see link]
- Plan and execute organic content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Coordinate content production with internal creators and external partners
- Write and edit captions, blog posts, and website content aligned with brand voice
- Refine visuals and short-form videos using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut
Community Engagement
- Engage daily with the brandβs audience through comments, posts, and interactions
- Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions with clear, on-brand communication
- Build relationships with followers, partners, and aligned brands
Creators & Affiliates
- Manage day-to-day operations of creator programs, including schedules, briefs, approvals, and payments
- Partner with agencies on UGC, influencer, and affiliate programs
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand voice and standards
Agency Oversight
- Manage relationship with paid media agency
- Provide briefs, review creative assets, and ensure alignment between paid and organic strategies
- Track performance and provide feedback on paid social campaigns
Events
- Maintain and manage event calendar, identifying relevant opportunities
- Coordinate with event partners and oversee execution logistics
- Develop event briefs outlining goals, messaging, and content requirements
Strategy & Analytics
- Align content with product launches, campaigns, and brand goals
- Analyze performance data to generate insights and optimize strategies
- Stay updated on emerging social and design trends
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, social media management, or brand management
- Experience managing multiple marketing workstreams, including content calendars and influencer programs
Skills
- Strong writing skills for social media, captions, and blog content
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com [Upgrade to PRO to see link]
- Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut for content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Experience managing influencer relationships and affiliate programs
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive and self-sufficient approach to execution
