This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the clientβs time zone.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Sales Operations Manager will support the sales team by managing CRM records, overseeing data cleanup initiatives, handling sales reporting, and executing various sales enablement tasks. This role also includes administrative responsibilities related to HR and recruitment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position requires someone eager to grow into a more senior role, ideally with a background in business or finance and a strong desire to expand their knowledge in that area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM MANAGEMENT & CLEANUP
- Ensure CRM records are accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized to support the sales team.
- Execute one-off data cleaning projects to maintain data integrity.
- Set up new clients in the CRM as needed.
- Review internal buy-side deal filters weekly.
- Enrich target records with relevant industry details, company information, and key contacts.
SALES ENABLEMENT SUPPORT
- Provide relevant lead information to the sales team.
- Prepare materials for sales calls, meetings, and pitches.
- Create and manage custom sales reports.
- Track key performance metrics and ensure the team has timely, accurate data for decision-making.
CLIENT DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
- Respond to Tier 1 sales follow-up tasks as needed.
- Ensure CRM data and filters are clean and aligned with client development goals.
- Add new companies, contacts, and relevant information to improve targeting.
PET-SPECIFIC ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
- Enter pet-related M&A transactions into the CRM.
- Add pet-related companies and contacts as needed.
COLLABORATION ACROSS TEAMS
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth workflows and consistent communication.
- Take on additional operational tasks to support overall team efficiency and growth.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES β HR & RECRUITMENT SUPPORT
- Update the intern management dashboard weekly (every Monday morning).
- Process incoming intern inquiries and assist with recruitment support.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or a related field.
- Experience in business or finance environments is highly preferred.
- Experience with sales reporting and preparing data for sales teams.
SKILLS
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems; familiarity with Pipeline is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to clean, organize, and interpret sales data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid business or finance foundation with a strong desire to continue expanding knowledge in this area.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to step in and support various areas of the business as needed.
