About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Hardware Operations team at Scaleway. This role involves developing and maintaining software solutions that bridge software excellence and hardware performance within our sovereign cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop high-quality fullstack features using Python (backend) and React (frontend)
- →Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate hardware operations
- →Contribute to the full lifecycle of diverse projects, ranging from low-level scripting to SaaS applications
- →Maintain and optimize a significant volume of existing code to ensure platform stability
- →Collaborate with the team to deliver the first major milestones of a large-scale new project
- →Ensure rigorous code standards and participate in peer code reviews
- →Build modern user interfaces following Material Design standards
- →Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Daily stand-ups, Sprints, Retrospectives)
Requirements
- ✓At least 4 years of experience in fullstack development
- ✓Strong proficiency in Python for backend development
- ✓Solid experience with React for frontend development
- ✓Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices
- ✓Excellent communicator with a collaborative "OneTeam" mindset
- ✓Highly involved, conscientious, and proactive in project delivery
- ✓Humble and open to constructive feedback
- ✓Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- ✓Ability to work autonomously within a structured Scrum environment
