About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing existing systems and implementing functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze the existing and perform impact studies
- →Define and formalize needs with business units and project teams
- →Design functional solutions and write User Stories
- →Interface with designers and developers
- →Estimate charges for evolutions, corrections, and projects
- →Participate in production deployments and deployment monitoring
- →Contribute to risk management and project documentation (Confluence, MEGA)
- →Monitor incidents, coordinate their lifecycle, and contribute to operational maintenance
- →Perform reporting and coordinate project stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience
- ✓Experience with Confluence and MEGA
- ✓Ability to analyze existing systems and perform impact studies
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Experience in functional solution design and User Story writing
- ✓Knowledge of project deployment and monitoring processes
- ✓Experience in risk management and project documentation
- ✓Ability to monitor incidents and coordinate their lifecycle
- ✓Experience in reporting and stakeholder coordination
