About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team in the energy sector. This role focuses on deploying and adopting Microsoft Copilot, maximizing business value, and supporting usage transformation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- βBe the business vision reference for agile teams
- βCollaborate with business units to develop and formalize product vision
- βShare vision with development teams
- βPrepare strategy for upcoming versions
- βIdentify change management needs
- βIdentify required features and requirements
- βPrioritize user stories by business value
- βParticipate in agile ceremonies with teams and Scrum Master
- βRespond to clarification requests during development
- βOrganize and lead business/user testing phases
- βCollect and analyze user feedback
- βAnalyze usage patterns and propose product evolution
- βDesign and lead appropriate governance
- βCreate high-quality presentations for top management
- βProvide reporting to IT and business teams

Requirements
- βMinimum 5 years of experience
- βStrong understanding of Microsoft Copilot
