About the Role
We are looking for an API Governance Lead to join our team. This role focuses on leading API governance across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and enforce API standards (design, versioning, lifecycle)
- →Align practices between several product teams
- →Arbitrate and coordinate technical cross-cutting issues
- →Be the central point for API issues at the program level
- →Monitor stability KPIs and performance
- →Manage SLAs (strong commitments)
- →Coordinate continuous improvement plans
- →Supervise risks related to platform reliability
- →Coordinate crisis cells in case of major incidents
- →Analyze root causes
- →Lead remediation plans
- →Report to stakeholders
- →Facilitate multi-team committees
- →Interface between R&D, Architecture, and Operations
- →Manage RFC/CCB/technical change management
Requirements
