About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our agile teams at scale. This role requires experience in SAFE framework and Java development background to support multiple development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- →Guide teams in applying Scrum and SAFE principles
- →Organize and facilitate scaled events
- →Identify and remove obstacles for teams
- →Collaborate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and Architects
- →Track performance metrics
- →Contribute to continuous improvement of agile practices
- →Participate in technical discussions with your Java development background
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- ✓Experience working in SAFE framework at scale
- ✓Background in Java development
- ✓Strong facilitation skills
- ✓Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously
- ✓Understanding of agile principles and practices
- ✓Experience with performance tracking and reporting
